Patch 10.0.7 von WoW: Dragonflight bringt eine ganze Reihe alter Transmog-Items in Form von Ensembles sowie alte Rezepte und Erfolge aus Vanilla WoW zurück, die in Verbindung mit dem originalen Zul'Gurub stehen. In den Spieldateien von Patch 10.0.7 finden sich nicht nur alte Zul'Gurub-Items wie Warblade of the Hakkari, Reborn und Zul'Gurub-Ensembles (Ensemble: Bloodsoaked Plate), sondern auch Anzeichen für die Rückkehr alter Naxxramas-Rezepte der Argentumdämmerung

In Vanilla WoW konnten Spieler ab gewissen Ruf-Stufen Rezepte vom Stamm der Zandalari im Schlingendorntal erwerben und daraus mächtige Ausrüstung herstellen. Dafür wurden teilweise Gegenstände aus dem Schlachtzug Zul'Gurub benötigt. Es wird spekuliert, dass diese Rezepte und Ensembles womöglich zu einer Art Classic-Event gehören könnten. Beim jetzigen Stand ist zudem nicht zu 100% gesichert, dass diese Items Teil von Patch 10.0.7 sind. Ähnliche Datamining-Funde haben sich in der Vergangenheit als Teil späterer Updates herausgestellt.
